Chinese GDP growth slows to 7.6%

Fuel truck’s explosion kills scores of Nigerians
A fuel-laden truck that crashed along the cratered roads of Nigeria’s oil-rich swamps exploded Thursday, killing at least 95 villagers who had rushed to siphon oil from the truck, an emergency relief official told the WSJ.
