In Davos you can try the reds from the nearby wine-producing villages of Maienfeld, Fläsch and Malans, collectively called the Bündner Herrschaft, perhaps accompanied by some Mostbröckli (air-dried beef filet) or/and a dish of Maluns, the local alternative to Rösti?
