Trierweiler struts into the fashion arena with YSL

I mean this title literally: yesterday at the G8 summit, Ms Trierweiler strutted out next the other First Ladies, all in their sensible mid-height heels, in YSL Tribute sandals – the shoe I would characterise as the designer-brand luxury stiletto of the noughties.
