Rahul Bajaj, Chicago Booth The final countdown at Chicago Booth

The dean of Chicago Booth, Ted Snyder kicked off the official countdown to graduation for the Chicago Booth Class of 2010 with a champagne toast for the entire class.

It was wonderful to see the entire class assembled in the Winter Garden of the impressive Harper Center on the University of Chicago campus.

There was French champagne and chocolate-dipped strawberries. Fancy!
It seemed like only yesterday that we were all gathered at the same location. Then, we were being welcomed by the dean; now, we were being officially (almost) waved off.

We still have 60 days or so to go until graduation, but the day is fast approaching when the class will be assembled for the final time and each one of us handed an MBA diploma.

Time flies and it flies even faster when you’re in an MBA programme.
