The Harvard orientation week has been and gone in a flash. Boston’s inclement weather certainly did not help the move-in. Temperatures hit 93 degrees Fahrenheit during the daytime, only to be followed by the prediction that Hurricane Earl would smash into the east coast last Thursday, an event which did not occur in its projected magnitude but which led to the orientation boat party – due to take in the Massachusetts sights – being held firmly at port.
