The skeleton of a diplodocus named Misty towers over an employee of Summers Place Auctions in the auction house’s showrooms in West Sussex, UK. The 17m -long skeleton, unearthed in Wyoming, is expected to sell for £600,000 when it is auctioned on Wednesday.

The Saatchi Gallery and Christies are holding the auction of contemporary sculpture and installation to support the Saatchi Gallery’s policy of free entry to exhibitions. Thinking Big features the work of Tracey Emin and the Chapman brothers, as well as newer talents such as Toby Ziegler and Kader Attia.
