Dutch cavalry horses and their riders are exposed to smoke on September 16, 2013 as they undergo a stress test on the beach in Scheveningen. The horses and riders are tested with gunfire, music and smoke ahead of the September 17  parade in The Hague and Speech from the Throne, one of the main features of government policy for the coming parliamentary session.
