A man reacts after seeing the body of a family member who was reportedly killed during a shooting at a pro-Morsi sit-in in front of the headquarters of the Egyptian Republican Guard, at the Liltaqmeen al-Sahy Hospital in Cairo’s Nasr City district on Monday. Health ministry officials said at least 42 people have been killed and more than 300 injured in the incident on early Monday morning, which allegedly occurred as supporters of deposed Egyptian President Mohammed Morsi were saying dawn prayers.
