Palestinian youths set fire to tyres during clashes with Israeli security forces in the east Jerusalem neighbourhood of Wadi Joz on September 8, 2014 following the death of Palestinian teenager Mohammed Sinokrot, 16, who was wounded by gunfire on August 31 and died from his injuries. Smoke rises above Karachi airport terminal in Pakistan. Gunmen disguised as police guards attacked the terminal with machine guns and a rocket launcher. Security forces retaliated and killed all the attackers during a five-hour siege in which at least 29 people died, officials said on Monday.
