A Taliban suicide bomber blew himself up not far from Pakistan’s military headquarters on Monday, killing more than a dozen people. It came a day after a powerful bomb ripped through a Pakistan army truck in the country’s northern city of Bannu near the Afghan border, killing at least 20 soldiers.
