François Hollande, French president, introduces his delegation to South Africa’s President Jacob Zuma during a summit between the two leaders in Pretoria. France has agreed to lend €100m to South African state power utility Eskom to help it finance solar power projects in Africa’s largest economy, according to a communiqué.
