Matt Isard (left) and Marie Njumba  look up at a pair of 20ft tall topiary sculptures named  Neighbours , made by Shipshape Arts, as they go on display at Victory Park in the East Village neighbourhood   built on the site of the former Olympic and Paralympic Village in east London. The figures depict the scene of two neighbours engaging in conversation over a garden fence and were featured in the Festival of Neighbourhood throughout the summer at the South Bank Centre.
